Wind your way up a 1000 foot driveway lined with towering maple trees, past 2-acres of biodynamically farmed vineyard and a modern barn, to enter our 10-acre private agricultural paradise.

Perched at the top of the drive is the fully gut renovated, 5-bedroom, 5-bath house, peacefully secluded from the working part of the farm and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Taken down to the studs and imaginatively redesigned with comfort, luxury, and playfulness in mind, we have completely transformed the original house from the 1970s to created a unique environment where Brooklyn vibes meet Leelanau roots, uniting our past and present. 

Designed for groups of 8-10, every detail of the house is thoughtfully considered and artfully appointed.  The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and oversized center island. 

Whether you choose to enjoy casual meals around the island, group feasts at the dining table for 10 or al fresco on the back deck overlooking private woods, you will find the gathering spaces of the house to be perfectly suited for memorable evenings with friends and family centered around amazing local food and drink.

Retreat to one of the five playfully sophisticated suites, featuring new Leesa mattresses, Parachute linens and fully tiled showers.

Sugar Suite

This whimsical king suite on the top floor envelops you in color with an en suite water closet and stand-alone walk-in fully tiled shower room.

Salt Suite

This moody glam king suite on the main level features a peaceful en suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower.

Sourdough Suite

This earthy king suite feels like a retreat with a private balcony, desk alcove, large open walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with double vanities and oversized walk-in shower bathed in natural light.

Greens Room

This bright room with queen bed on the main level is steps away from the bold designer bath with walk-in tiled shower.

Lemon Loft

Two large dormer windows shed clear sunlight into this cheerful loft-like room with two twin beds (with option to convert to a king) and full bath across the hall.

Whether your days in Leelanau County are filled with wine tasting, biking on the TART trail from our corner or visiting one of the area’s majestic Lake Michigan beaches, end your day here with drinks at magic hour, s’mores around the fire, or star gazing in the quiet night beyond the canopy of trees.

    Guest Access: Guests have access to the house and area at the top of the driveway immediately surrounding the house including the driveway,  back and side deck, front yard and fire pit patio.  Guests do not have garage access.  Guests do not have exclusive access to the 10-acre property and understand there are multiple buildings and areas on the property with daily activity.

    Parking: Guest parking is available in the circle drive outside of the house.  Guests do not have garage access.

  • 50% is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 100% due at time of booking if arrival is within 30 days.

    Any paid amount is non-refundable.  Unpaid remaining balances will not be charged if guest wishes to cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.

    A security deposit pre-authorization of USD 500.00 will be held on the day of your arrival and voided 1 day after departure.

    Bookings are subject to 6% MI sales & use tax.

  • Allium Hill is ideally located in the countryside of Leelanau County, 15 minutes from Downtown Traverse City, 25 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore beaches and perfectly situated as a jumping off point for beach hopping, wine tasting, leaf peeping and exploring the small towns of the Leelanau Peninsula. Guests will receive a guidebook of local faves.
